Harbormaster Dept. "Pump-Out Procedure" for having your boat waste tanks emptied on your boat in Mattapoisett waters

How can I get my boat's waste tank pumped out in Mattapoisett?
- Direct Online "Request for Pump-Out" Form to be filled out online and sent to the Harbormaster Dept. ( click here)
- Pump-outs are primarily completed Monday thru Friday.

Before you call or email for a pumpout request make sure you have the following information ready to start the pump-out procedure.
- Mooring / slip number
- Name of your boat
- A description of your boat ( length, style, color)
- The location in your boat of the waste tank fitting cap ( starboard or port, forward or aft )
- Waste fitting cap must be removed and then replaced one or two turns.
- Owners Do NOT have to be on board.
- Leave a name and phone number to call when the pump-out is completed.
