  1. Who directs me to a Mooring or an Anchorage area?
    When visiting boaters arrive in Mattapoisett and they wish to secure an overnight mooring they are asked to contact our on-duty Harbormaster to help you make arrangements to find one. While the town doesn't have specific moorings for guests, every effort will be made to see if something is available for your craft. Guest moorings are available through Mattapoisett Boatyard for a nightly charge. MBY can be reached at ch. 68 or at 508-758-3812 / 6662

  2. Is there a launch service available and how can I call it? 
    The Mattapoisett Boatyard offers a Seasonal launch service during daylight hours. MBY can be reached at ch. 68 or at 508-758-3812 / 6662

  3. Where can I tie up my dinghy and for how long?
    Guest dinghys can be tied up for the length of your stay at our Dinghy Dock float located on the western most pier (Mello Wharf) in our Guest Harbor Brochure
  4. Can I tie my boat up at any of the piers or floats?
    Boats may tie up at any of the 3 floats available as follows:
    • Barstow Float - one hour
    • Mello Wharf Float (western most float) one hour
    • and the Middle Wharf Float - twenty minutes
  5. How can I make arrangements to use the Pump-Out?
    Our Pumpout is used on a first come first basis. It is located at the end of Long Wharf open 24/7 
    (all floats and Pumpout area approx. 8ft. of water at low tide)

    Note:There is approx .8 ft. of water there at mean low tide

    Fuel can be gotten at two locations:
