Closing Policy - Due to Weather or Other Conditions

When the Mattapoisett Schools (part of the Old Rochester Regional District) are closed because of storm or road conditions, all activities scheduled at the COA / Senior Community Center are also canceled for the day. The COA staff are available by phone: 508-758-4110 or email:  coadirector@mattapoisett.net

If Town Hall is closed, the COA office will also be closed and staff will not be available. 

Rides:  If the drivers, in consultation with the COA Director, decide that driving conditions are difficult or dangerous, the shopping van will not go out. The same policy applies to trips for medical appointments and transportation to the COA.
